Starting a Return

Workhorse orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Option #1: Call Us
    • Call Customer Care for a return authorization number.
      Call Customer Care at 1 (800) 654-9808. Customer Care hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Mon – Fri
  2. Option #2: Email us
    • Email us to receive a return authorization number.
    • We respond to over 90% of all email messages within 24 hours, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Send a Message.

Store Purchases

  • Purchases made at a Workhorse retail store must be returned to the Workhorse store or another nearby store. See the Workhorse return policies for more details.
  • If you made an online purchase at a Workhorse store, please follow the Workhorse return instructions above.

If Your Products Arrived Damaged

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 20% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Processing your return via mail will take 2-4 weeks.
  • Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
